This website lets you browse artwork and prepare a shopping bag. Saved artworks and your bag are stored locally in your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Checkout

Purchases are handled through Shopify. Shopify and its payment providers process the information needed for checkout and order management, under the policies displayed there. Physical order details may be shared with our fulfilment provider to produce and deliver your print.

The Modern Condition Art shopping app

The eight-series app stores saved artwork on your device. Apple handles digital artwork purchases and restores through your Apple Account. When you request a purchased file, the app sends Apple’s signed purchase information to our secure delivery service. The service verifies the transaction, product and app identifiers and checks the current purchase status with Apple before supplying the matching artwork. Refunded or revoked purchases cannot be used for further downloads; this does not remove files you have already saved. We do not receive your full payment details. Downloaded files stay on your device or in the sharing destination you choose.

Apple and Shopify have separate purchase histories. We do not link your Apple purchases to Shopify orders or a separate Modern Condition Art account. Restore purchases in the app restores Apple purchases only. Read how to access your download.

Apple Vision Pro gallery and real walls

The visionOS app stores your favourites, virtual artwork arrangements, frame choices, room and viewpoint, and named exhibitions on your device. These virtual exhibitions do not sync between devices.

Art on my real walls is optional. With your room sensing permission, the app uses Apple ARKit to detect vertical wall surfaces and place artwork using world anchors. Wall geometry and anchor positions are processed on your device. The app does not upload room geometry, camera images or wall anchor positions to Modern Condition Art or its artwork delivery service.

For each saved real wall placement, the app keeps the ARKit anchor identifier, artwork identifier, frame choice, image width, optional wall label and creation date on your device. ARKit manages the spatial anchor. The app does not save a room scan or reuse an old session coordinate transform. A saved work is shown again when Apple Vision Pro recognises its anchor in the same surroundings. Saved real wall placements do not transfer to another device.

You can change or unpin a real wall placement in My real walls. An unpinned work is hidden immediately. If room tracking is unavailable, removal of its spatial anchor is queued until tracking is available again. You can change room sensing permission in system Settings. Declining or withdrawing permission prevents real wall placement but does not prevent use of the virtual gallery or remove your artwork purchases.

Purchases, printable file delivery and physical print checkout follow the practices described elsewhere on this page. They do not include your room geometry or saved wall labels.

Delivery and security logs

Cloudflare hosts our secure artwork delivery service. We disabled its detailed Worker request logs and traces on 8 September 2026. The service still processes the information needed to verify purchases and deliver artwork. We use aggregate service metrics to monitor its operation.

Cloudflare also keeps separate sampled security and network records for requests to our domain. These can include your IP address, approximate country, the requested artwork or service address, request time, browser or operating-system information, response status, security results and response timing. We have verified that a native app request remains in these records after the request finishes. We use this information to protect the service, investigate technical problems and keep the app working.

Cloudflare publishes a history of up to seven days for Security Analytics on our current website plan. Our account can query up to eight days of that dataset; this is an access window, not a verified deletion deadline. Separate security-event data follows its own retention rules. These records are distinct from the Worker logs we disabled.

Before the Worker logging change, sampled technical logs included IP addresses, software information, network-based location estimates, artwork or service URLs, request times, outcomes and processing times. Those earlier Worker records remain subject to the three-day retention period of our Workers Free plan; that period does not describe the separate domain security records.

When you request a purchased artwork, our service processes Apple's signed purchase information and checks the current purchase status with Apple. Our delivery service does not keep a separate purchase database or write signed purchase receipts or request bodies to its application logs. Apple and Shopify maintain separate purchase histories; restoring purchases in the app restores Apple purchases only.

The app has no advertising SDK. Poster Studio has its own privacy policy.

Website delivery

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. The redesigned site does not add advertising trackers or a mailing-list signup.
